Death By S'mores
I saw this recipe in our local paper today and omg these look so delicious...
From The Contra Costa Times:
Death by S'mores
12 soft-baked or chewy store-bought chocolate chip cookies
6 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
6 regular-size marshmallows
3 tablespoons hot fudge sauce
1. Place six chocolate chip cookies face down and put an unwrapped peanut butter cup on top.
2. Toast the six marshmallows. (You also can melt them in the microwave for 8-12 seconds.) Top each peanut butter cup with one melted marshmallow.
3. Drizzle each with ½ tablespoon of hot fudge sauce. Top with the second chocolate chip cookie.
